SHIPPING

All products will normally ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. US domestic orders will USUALLY arrive within one week of purchase. International orders will arrive estimated 15 days though it may vary. Before placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is both valid and correctly spelled. Shipments are processed automatically, and these details cannot be altered following point-of-sale. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE ORDERING, AS YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AFTER IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

Please note before ordering: Due to the relatively small scale of current options, UGLYNOTUGLY does not accept liability or offer reimbursement for damaged or lost goods following shipment confirmation. ALL GARMENTS SHOULD BE PROPERLY WASHED BEFORE WEARING. If you would like to request an exchange or refund for your order, please contact us at our support email listed below.
